bangun as usual. Early in the morning to make them a breakfast.

Slices of bread with strawberry jam.
No fried
rice or Nasi Lemak anymore because its not
a good food if we take in the morning. As you know rice contain high
starch and to digest the starch, your body needs oxygen that require by your
whole body. So all oxygen will go to your stomach just to digest that Nasi
Lemak. Because of that you always ngantuk-ngantuk when lecturer or teacher
teaching you.
So change
our food to be smatter and healtier.
